We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as custom or personalized sofa covers) are non-returnable unless defective. If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Return Shipping

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description of the issue and photographs of the damage. We will provide a return label and issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
